We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions remotely. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support performance management processes
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Drive employee engagement initiatives remotely
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–5 years of HR experience (remote experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., HRMS, ATS platforms)
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
MBA in HR (preferred)
Experience working with distributed or global teams
Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
