I am partnering with a purpose driven organisation to find their next People Operations & Resourcing Manager
This a permanent position working 40 hours per week. My clients offer a hybrid working policy. You will spend 2 days per week in their office in Whitechapel and 3 days working from home
The Role
As a senior member of the People function, you’ll take ownership of both people operations and recruitment, driving best practice, improving processes, and supporting organisational growth. You’ll act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business, delivering a blend of strategic input and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimise end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring an inclusive and high-quality candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning, role design, and selection processes
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth and compliant processes
- Manage payroll, pensions, and employee benefits in partnership with external providers
- Drive improvements across HR systems, data reporting, and people metrics
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR requirements
- Oversee HR administration, policies, and operational processes
- Support organisational design, change initiatives, and continuous improvement
- Take ownership of health & safety and workplace/facilities management
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all people practices
