Elevation HR are partnering with an international and highly commercial organisation to support the appointment of a Senior HR Business Partner. The role is based in Bradford and offers a range of benefits including a car allowance and hybrid working.
Reporting to the European HR Director, this role will act as the lead HR Partner for the UK business while supporting Commercial and Finance functions across the UK and a European location. Operating across both strategic and operational HR, the role will focus on delivering people plans aligned to business objectives, driving organisational performance and supporting leadership capability.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives
- Supporting talent, succession and workforce capability planning
- Leading HR initiatives across engagement, learning & development and resourcing
- Coaching and upskilling managers on people and performance matters
- Supporting organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives
- Acting as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters
- Partnering with the wider European HR team on strategic HR projects and policy development
- Leading recruitment activity for key business areas in line with future capability needs
- Operating as part of the wider UK HR team and taking a UK lead approach as required
To be successful in the role, we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a Senior HR Business Partner role within a complex commercial environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level
- Broad generalist HR experience including organisational development, talent and employee relations
- Experience operating across multi-site or international environments would be advantageous
- Commercially focused with a pragmatic and solutions-led approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Degree qualified in HR or related discipline, or equivalent experience
