Elevation HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist on a temporary 3-month basis to support one of our large Engineering Clients based in Leeds, on a full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a busy and collaborative team, supporting a range of permanent engineering vacancies alongside some high-volume recruitment activity. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening and vetting new talent for the business, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be:
- Managing recruitment activity for permanent engineering vacancies
- Supporting with high-volume hiring projects
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Conducting candidate screening and vetting calls
- CV sifting and shortlisting
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
- Supporting wider recruitment projects and TA initiatives
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience within recruitment or talent acquisition
- Is confident sourcing candidates directly through LinkedIn and job boards
- Is immediately available or has a short notice period
