As our Growth & Development Business Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of driving organisational growth, enhancing workforce capability, and embedding a culture of continuous development. Reporting into our G&D Manager, this isn’t a role for someone who just wants to deliver training and tick boxes.
We’re looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, spots opportunities to improve, and wants to influence meaningful change. You’ll take a strategic approach to designing impactful programmes, shaping how development happens across the business, and aligning growth initiatives to our 2026 strategic objectives.

Your Strategic Impact

The Onboarding Machine: Own the Mojo DNA induction and flagship full-week programmes to shorten time to competency for new starters.

The ME Academy: Champion the Academy to guide apprentices through qualifications while providing advanced coaching to our established Experts to maintain Elite status.

Strategic Partnerships: Act as a vital bridge between Mojo and our growth partners, ensuring development sessions deliver maximum value with minimum time away from North Star work.

AI Innovation: Define how AI tools and automation impact roles across the business, facilitating training to foster a culture where employees use emerging tech effectively.
The Requirements

Culture of Change: In line with our Mojo culture, you are someone who identifies problems and proposes solutions, rather than waiting for instructions.

Domain Expertise: You possess strong knowledge in Mortgages and/or Protection (Income Protection, Life, and Critical Illness). You can confidently articulate their value and coach others to deliver elite advice.

Qualifications: You are CeMAP qualified OR have sufficient industry experience (e.g., underwriting, case management, or a lender background).

Strategic L&D Background: Proven experience in L&D with a track record of designing programs that demonstrate clear ROI. You want to elevate your career from delivery to the strategic side of growth.

AI Curiosity: We are looking for more than generic answers. You should have a natural inquisitiveness for AI - both professionally and personally - and a vision for how it can transform learning.
