The OpportunityThe business is entering a key phase of transformation with a strong focus on enhancing and aligning its non-monetary reward offering across the group. A major upcoming project will involve reviewing and implementing a new global health provider, alongside broader work to harmonise benefits internationally.
You'll work closely with HR and business leaders to shape a competitive, commercially aligned benefits strategy while operating in a hands-on environment where adaptability and pace are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support the management of global employee benefits programmes
- Drive the alignment and harmonisation of benefits across multiple international entities
- Support the upcoming global health provider project and wider reward initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve the overall employee value proposition
- Provide guidance on reward and benefits practices within an international business context
- Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment with evolving processes and limited governance structures
