An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator to join a well-known charity on a temporary basis, supporting the HR function in delivering a high-quality, efficient people service. This position will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring HR systems and processes run smoothly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff absence documentation, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and compliant
- Process employee lifecycle changes, including starters, leavers, and contractual changes
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of the HR system, resolving queries and ensuring data accuracy
- Run regular and ad hoc HR reports, providing insights to support decision-making
- Assist in identifying and resolving system or data issues, liaising with internal teams where required
- Provide first-line support for HR-related queries, ensuring a professional and timely response
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and documentation
- Assist with general HR administration and contribute to improving processes and system efficiency
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently working towards
- Demonstrable experience in a HR coordination role, ideally within the charity sector
- Strong experience managing HR systems, including employee data updates and system maintenance
- Proven ability to produce accurate HR reports and support employee lifecycle processes (starters, leavers, changes)
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Location: Central London (Hybrid, 2 days per week on-site)
Duration: 3 month temporary contract, likely extension
Working hours: Full-time
Pay rate: £18 per hour
