Key ResponsibilitiesProvide professional advice across a range of HR and employee relations matters.
Support managers with performance management, absence, and employee development.
Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, probation, and flexible working.
Lead on key HR cycles such as appraisals, salary reviews, and exit interviews.
Support firm-wide initiatives on inclusion, wellbeing, and change management.
Partner with global teams on mobility, immigration, and secondments.
Line manage and develop an HR Assistant, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
About YouThe ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience in an HR Advisory or Senior HR Assistant role, ideally within professional services.
Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment law fundamentals.
Experience handling ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance.
Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
Confidence to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive and pragmatic approach, with strong commercial awareness.
