Description
- Support the administration and management of HR systems, including Success Factors, PeopleDoc, Equate, and EquatePlus.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining reward and benefits programmes for employees.
- Provide accurate data analysis and reporting to support decision-making in the Human Resources department.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth delivery of employee services.
- Manage Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, to support HR operations effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Respond to employee queries related to rewards, benefits, and HR systems in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all HR activities.
Profile
A successful Reward Associate should have:
- Strong knowledge of HR management systems, such as Success Factors, PeopleDoc, Equate, and EquatePlus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- The personal presence and drive to be an effective contributor within the Human Resources team.
- An understanding of reward and benefits administration within a professional setting.
