HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the day-to-day operations for one of our key clients in their HR team. This varied role is crucial for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Day-to-day duties of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the HR team across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring HR systems and files are up to date and compliant.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and screening applications.
- Support onboarding processes, including preparing contracts, offer letters, and new starter documentation.
- Manage employee absence records, holidays, and other HR-related data.
- Respond to employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support payroll by providing accurate employee data and processing changes.
- Assist with HR reporting and documentation, including audits and compliance checks.
- Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are maintained at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (HR experience desirable but not essential).
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
