Our client has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join their amazing team, to be responsible for the day-to-day hr administrative activities.
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting with the recruitment processes - updating the website for vacancies, reviewing candidate applications and updating job adverts
- Onboarding, typing up of contracts, putting together starter packs
- Induction of new employees & assisting with training
- Supporting the hr function with administration and daily requirements
- Writing up of newsletters
- Maintaining the time and attendance system - Reviewing absence & holidays
The ideal candidate should have:
- Min of 2 years HR Administration experience preferably within a retail environment
- Great communication skills to allow for communication between managers and employees.
- Impeccable organisational skills & strategic thinker
- Excellent skills in MS Office

This role is a full time on site based role
