Temporary HR Coordinator / Recruitment Support (4-6 Months)
Our clientis a global financial and digital assets organisation, working in areas such as cryptocurrency and data infrastructure. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in New York, they have grown to a size of 750 employees globally - with 60 of these employees based in London. Currently situated in Oxford Circus, they'll soon be moving to Bank / Liverpool St due to undergoing a period of growth in London. As the business continues to grow in the UK, they are looking to hire a HR Coordinator / Recruitment Support professional on a temporary basis for 4–6 months. During this period, the organisation plans to recruit for approximately 20 new roles across the UK. The successful candidate will spend around 75% of their time supporting recruitment activities, including coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and their executive assistants, managing candidate communications, and issuing offer letters. The remaining 25% of the role will focus on HR administrative tasks such as onboarding and benefits administration. Candidate must have HR Adminstrative experience.
Main Job Responsibilities:• Schedule and coordinate all interview stages between candidates and internal hiring managers• Host in-person interviews at the London site (currently Oxford Circus, soon to be Bank / City of London)• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, and provide them with timely updates throughout the interview process, and answer any questions throughout the hiring process• Post job advertisements on relevant job platforms, and manage applications through Greenhouse ATS• Assist internal recruiters with sourcing, screening, and coordinating assessments as and when needed• Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview feedback, and hiring metrics• Liaise closely with the wider HR team, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies • Provide day-to-day HR admin support to the EMEA People Team• Maintain and update employee records across EMEA jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements• Support onboarding / offboarding for EMEA employees• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documentation across UK and EMEA• General administration on employee lifecycle processes (contract changes, probation, etc)• Assist with reporting and data requests - pulling data from HRIS (currently Namely)
