Talent Advisor
Location: City of London - 5 days in the office.
Highly successful and growing consultancy are now looking for a HR/Talent advisor to join their team bringing knowledge and passion across the full recruitment cycle.
This role will partner across the business to attract talent and continue to deliver outstanding candidate experience, whilst also assisting with daily HR administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding and induction.
- Develop and publish engaging job advertisements across multiple job boards and social media platforms, strengthening our employer brand.
- Oversee candidate shortlisting and conduct initial screening calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules, optimising diary management for candidates and stakeholders.
- Provide timely feedback and guidance to candidates, maintaining engagement and transparency throughout the recruitment journey.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies as needed to support hiring objectives.
- HR administration - sending out offer letters, collating candidate documentation, organising start dates, inductions and managing on-boarding.
- Adhoc HR administration to support the team
What We Are Looking For:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in HR and recruitment, with a strong grasp of best practices and industry trends.
- Proficiency with social media management tools to effectively promote job openings and engage potential candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Results-driven mindset, focused on achieving targets and delivering exceptional outcomes
