Your new roleMain tasks:
- Assist the HR & Payroll Administrator and Senior Management team
- Type and send letters
- Update spreadsheets
- Log time and attendance
- Manage arrangements for meetings and events such as hotels, taxis, catering, ordering supplies and uniforms
- Logging invoices
- Supporting with on-site IT
- Update/issue online training courses
- General facilities and reception duties, including door passes and looking after visitors
What you'll need to succeedTo succeed you will require:
- Good IT knowledge; Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams etc), online and internal databases, portals.
- Basic admin, basic health and safety, good interpersonal and written skills.
- A positive, helpful and team player.
- The ability to pick up new tasks quickly and confidently and be happy to work autonomously at times.
- Need to be trustworthy and demonstrate discretion as they will be working in the HR office and have access to confidential information.
What you'll get in return
