I'm looking for an experienced Senior ER Policy Manager to join a growing Employee Relations & Policy Centre of Excellence.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of global HR policy and governance, driving best practice across multiple regions while influencing culture, strategy, and employee experience at scale.

What you’ll be doing
- Leading the development and evolution of global HR policies and governance
- Ensuring policies are commercial, compliant, and aligned to business strategy
- Partnering across HR and the wider business to deliver a consistent employee experience
- Driving ER & Policy initiatives that support organisational and cultural change
- Overseeing policy communication and implementation strategies
- Managing and developing a high-performing policy team
- Using insights and trends to proactively improve ER outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in global HR policy and governance
- Proven ability to lead complex ER or HR projects
- Excellent stakeholder management with the confidence to influence at senior level
- A strong people leader with a passion for developing teams
- The ability to translate complexity into clear, practical guidance
- Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

- Salary: £80,000 – £85,000
