Artis HR are on the lookout for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced organisation who have created this new role in their expanding people function This role will support leaders across the business, in 2 dedicated functional areas, acting as a trusted people partner to implement and deliver your key strategic objectives in line with the broader Business priorities to support growth.The role will involve:Partnering closely with managers to provide pragmatic, commercial HR adviceSupporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exitManaging a range of employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinaries and grievancesAdvising on organisational change, restructures and consultation processesSupporting performance management and annual people cyclesProviding guidance on reward, pay reviews and role alignmentWorking collaboratively with wider HR and specialist teamsEnsuring HR practices align with employment legislation and best practiceThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience in a true HR Business Partner roleThe ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levelsExperience working in a fast-paced digitally and technically focused environment.Opportunity to join a well-established HR function within a growing sectorPlease note that successful applicants may receive an email (which can sometimes end up in spam!) with follow up questions or requesting time for a call.
