I’m currently supporting a well-known values-led organisation within the charity and mental health sector with a new HR Advisor job based in Glasgow.
This HR job offers excellent flexibility and would suit an experienced HR professional seeking meaningful work within a people-focused environment.
The successful candidate will support managers with day-to-day employee relations matters and operational HR activity. This is a varied HR Advisor job with exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting managers with absence, conduct, wellbeing and performance matters Delivering practical and commercially focused HR advice Supporting recruitment, onboarding and resourcing activity Assisting with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Attending formal meetings and completing occasional minute taking
To be considered for this HR Advisor job, you should have:
Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisory or HR Officer role Strong ER knowledge and understanding of employment legislation Confident stakeholder management and communication skills A collaborative and solutions-focused approach CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience
