- Working Pattern: Full-time, 4 days onsite and 1 day working remotely
- Hourly Rate: £24.00-£26.00 Per Hour
- Start Date: Immediately
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service: Provide high-quality HR support to managers and staff, reflecting organizational values and ensuring seamless campus operations.
- Maintain compliance: Ensure all practices strictly align with UK employment law and internal institutional policies.
- Drive team performance: Contribute actively to daily operations as a hands-on teammate and role model for the HR department.
- Manage employee lifecycles: Take full ownership of all employment stages for your assigned department or division.
- Partner and coach: Guide managers and staff through key employment milestones, focusing heavily on recruitment and employee relations.
- Resolve complex issues: Offer confident advice and proactive solutions for intricate workplace and employment challenges across all seniority levels.
Essential Criteria
- Experience working in a similar role within Further Education.
- Essential to have strong experience working with the HRIS database, iTrent.
- Experience using PowerBI and Business Objects would be an advantage.
- Provide a HR advisory service to all levels of the organisation
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Packages.
