Sharp Consultancy are currently supporting a business specialising in the Oil based in Otley who are looking for a Part Time HR Manager. This role will be suited to someone who has their CIPD Level 3 qualification.
Job Duties:
- Overseeing the HR function for 110 employees
- Onboarding and Off-boarding of employees
- Ensuring records are kept up to date using the system
- Assisting managers with any grievance processes
- Dealing with any other issues that may arise
