We're Hiring: HR Administrators (2 x Temporary Roles)
Location: Newcastle (4 days per week in the office / 1 day home working)
Rate: £16 per hour
Duration: Initial 4–6 week assignment with potential for longer-term opportunities
Start Date: Ideally week commencing 15 June 2026
Hours: 38-hour working week (with some flexibility)

Resourcing4HR are delighted to be recruiting for two experienced HR Administrators to join our People team during an exciting period of transformation and improvement.
Initially, these roles will focus on helping our client clear backlogs, improve data quality, and streamline key HR processes. Beyond this, there will be ongoing administrative support requirements and opportunities to move into a fixed-term or permanent position, subject to final organisational structure sign-off.
Reporting directly to the Head of People, you'll play a key role in enabling the HR Business Partner and Advisor teams to focus on strategic partnering activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and triaging the HR inbox
- Maintaining and cleansing HRIS data
- Uploading employee contracts and documentation into HRIS records
- SharePoint housekeeping, archiving and document management
- Benefits administration for starters and leavers
- Processing invoices and setting up new People Team suppliers
- Supporting general People administration activities
About you:
- Previous HR administration experience is essential
- Able to work effectively through ambiguity and changing priorities
- Comfortable working at pace in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience with HR systems and data management
