Description
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with policies.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Handle general HR queries and provide first-line support to employees.
- Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.
Profile
A successful Part Time HR Administrator should have:
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
