We are seeking an HR Advisor to partner with leaders, stakeholders, and HR colleagues to develop and deliver HR plans and solutions that align with the company's needs and priorities. This role requires a high level of expertise in HR practices and a proactive approach to managing complex HR issues within the company.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance on various HR matters, supporting managers in handling complex casework, performance, attendance, and employee relations issues.
- Identify HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Deliver key HR initiatives across the spectrum, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Commission services, projects, or activities that support the delivery of HR and departmental strategies and objectives.
- Analyse and report HR information to support benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates, develop and update HR policies in line with current legislation, and keep abreast of modern HR procedures and best practices.
- Support the development and implementation of the company’s pay and reward strategy.
- Oversee all payroll processes to ensure staff are paid on time and correctly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified or above.
- Proven experience in HR roles, demonstrating the ability to manage complex HR issues.
- Strong understanding of HR legal frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to lead by example, embodying the company's values and professional standards.
- Proactive approach to risk management.
