HR Adviser
- Contract: 12-month Temporary

- Working Arrangement: Hybrid after onboarding period
- Pay Rate: £21.65 per hour (PAYE)
Bolton Council are seeking qualified HR Advisers. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in managing employee relations casework.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage HR portfolios covering various service areas.
- Handle complex casework issues from start to finish, including presenting cases to panels.
- Work effectively with partners and represent the council at regional working groups as needed.
- Deputise for the Deputy HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner at meetings when required.
- Design, produce, and deliver strategic reports and presentations to senior managers and colleagues.
- Manage HR projects and strategies within services, including SaE Reviews and TUPE transfers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Qualified to at least CIPD Level 5.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations casework from receipt to conclusion.
- Experience in presenting at panels and handling complex HR issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strategies within a dynamic environment.
