A leading global production company with a rich heritage in film and television is looking for an HR Manager to join its Soho studio and work across the group's portfolio of iconic creative brands.
Based in Soho, with regular travel to the North London site two to three days a week, you'll take ownership of the people function across multiple creative businesses, bringing consistency and structure while respecting what makes each one distinctive.
Reporting to the COO and working closely with senior leaders across the group, this is a hands-on, varied role for an experienced HR professional who's just as comfortable in the detail as the bigger picture. This newly created role suits someone ready to build a people function from the ground up.
The role:
· Running the day-to-day HR function across the group
· Managing onboarding and offboarding
· Overseeing HR systems, including Breathe for absence management
· Advising on talent retention, sensitive matters and people issues as they come up
· Leading pay and reward benchmarking across the businesses
· Reviewing and updating policies and employment contracts
· Overseeing health and safety administration
· Line managing the administration team
About you:
· Experienced running a busy, hands-on HR function in a similar environment
· Comfortable partnering with senior leaders and holding your own in the room
· Able to balance daily operations with longer-term thinking
· Collaborative and pragmatic, with strong commercial awareness
· Confident managing across multiple sites and business cultures
