What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
- Winning new business through sales calls, networking, and market research
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Matching candidates to permanent, temporary, and fixed-term opportunities
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
- Delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates
What We're Looking For
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Driven, resilient, and motivated by success
- Strong relationship-building and sales skills
- Recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential
