Senior HR Advisor (UK & Europe)
Location: Borehamwood (Hybrid – 2–3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + up to 12.5% bonus
Working Pattern: 4 or 5 days per week

Resourcing4HR are partnering with this FTSE 250 client who is actively recruiting an experienced Senior HR Advisor - EMEA to provide expert HR and Employee Relations support across multiple European countries. This is a varied, commercially focused role where you'll partner with managers, manage complex ER cases and contribute to key HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across Europe.
- Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
- Conduct investigations and prepare clear recommendations and documentation.
- Coach managers on best practice people management.
- Support organisational change projects and policy implementation.
- Ensure HR records and processes remain compliant with GDPR and employment legislation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple locations.
About You:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Fluent in Spanish or Italian (additional European languages advantageous).
- Strong HR generalist background with significant employee relations experience.
- Experience working across multiple European jurisdictions.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
