Requirements:
- CIPD qualified (MCIPD/FCIPD) or equivalent
- Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, TUPE, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to influence, build relationships, and drive change
