A growing SME business based in Ilkeston are currently looking for a HR & Office Manager to join the team due to rapid growth over the last few years. This role is a standalone role reporting into the directors, and you will be pivotable to ensuring all HR related matters are dealt with expertly and the office s run smoothly
Main duties will include:

Overseeing all aspects of human resources practices, structure and policies

Facilities management

Managing relationships and negotiating costs for all office supplies

This is an opportunity to really make the role your own, and to make a real difference. They are offering a salary of £35,000 - £45,000. Hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm with 30 minutes lunch break, Monday to Friday. Free parking. This role is fully onsite there is NO hybrid available
