The Opportunity:HR Administrator – People Services

- Temporary, initially for up to 2 months
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced People Services team based in Newcastle.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and thrives in a dynamic environment.
The Role:Supporting the wider People Services function, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR administration service across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Managing HR administrative processes from new starters through to onboarding and exit
- Preparing contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting onboarding and induction processes for new employees
- Assisting with leavers, including exit documentation and processes
- Providing day-to-day HR administrative support to the wider team
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and employment legislation
About You:- Proven experience in an HR Administration role, ideally within a busy People Services or HR team
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to manage a busy workload effectively
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
