Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an inclusive public sector organisation that are currently seeking a HR Advisor join them on a Temporary basis until next July.
This role will be based in Derby, and offers hybrid working following probation.
The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between £18 - £21 per hour, plus holiday pay.
As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;
- Deliver a business partnering approach to professional advice, guidance and coaching to managers around policy
- Support with grading evaluation and moderation of current pay and grading strategy
- Advise advice in formal hearings and meetings in line with employment law
The ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following;
- Providing professional advice and support within a large organisation, ideally also with unions and stakeholders
- Strong employment law knowledge
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or qualified through experience
