The OpportunityThis is a broad and commercially focused Reward position where you'll partner with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver reward solutions that attract, retain and motivate talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading annual salary and pay review processes
- Designing and developing reward frameworks and job evaluation methodologies
- Conducting salary benchmarking, pay modelling and market analysis
- Using data and insights to improve reward effectiveness and inform business decisions
- Supporting reward projects from concept through to implementation
- Advising leaders on reward strategy, pay decisions and governance
- Driving continuous improvement across reward processes and systems
- Promoting fair, transparent and inclusive reward practices
They are looking for someone who brings:- Previous experience within Compensation, Reward or Total Rewards
- Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, pay structures and reward principles
- Excellent analytical and Excel skills, including modelling
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders across a complex organisation
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong project management skills
- Experience working with HR systems (Workday experience is advantageous but not essential)
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be beneficial
