HR Advisor – Band 5Location: Twickenham
We are looking for an experienced and motivatedHR Advisor to join our on of our NHS organisation. You'll provide professional HR advice and support to managers across a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance issues.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee relations cases and provide HR advice to managers.
- Support investigations, hearings and organisational change processes.
- Advise on employment law, HR policies and Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
- Analyse workforce data and maintain accurate ESR records.
- Deliver HR training and contribute to service improvement projects.
About You- Associate CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a HR or Employee Relations role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- NHS HR experience and ESR knowledge are desirable.
