HR Advisor (Maternity Cover)
- Annual Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
- Location: Andover (Hybrid - minimum 3 days on-site)
- Job Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed term contract

Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries from employees and managers.
- Provide employment law advice and manage employee relations issues such as investigations and disciplinaries.
- Support family leave requests and manage sickness absence issues.
- Maintain and develop HR databases
- Facilitate training and development activities and assist with recruitment processes.
- Ensure GDPR compliance in record-keeping and provide guidance on employee benefits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work collaboratively.
