We're recruiting on behalf of a large, values-driven organisation for an experienced People Services Business Partner to join their collaborative HR team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner with a strong Employee Relations focus, providing expert advice and support to managers across a broad range of complex ER matters, alongside wellbeing, policy guidance and people-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities for a HR BP:
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner, providing expert advice on Employee Relations matters, organisational change and people issues.
- Manage and resolve a wide range of ER casework, using proactive early intervention to achieve positive outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with managers, coaching and supporting them on HR best practice and employment legislation.
- Support absence management, wellbeing and employee engagement initiatives to enhance the colleague experience.
- Partner with Trade Union representatives to foster positive employee relations and effective consultation.
- Analyse people data and trends to identify risks, inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and people-focused initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation while supporting organisational change and maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
Key Skills for a HR BP:
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified (or equivalent).
- Experienced in managing a broad range of ER matters within a large, complex organisation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.
- Pragmatic and solution-focused.
- Reliable and able to meet challenging deadlines with a “can-do” approach.
