Macmillan Davies is excited to be partnered with a luxury fashion brand to assist hiring a Senior HR Manager to cover a maternity leave in the business. The Senior HR Manager will join on a 12-month maternity cover contract, working closely with the Chief People Officer to deliver a broad operational HR service across the UK business. This is a hands-on generalist role with responsibility for supporting managers and employees through a wide range of people matters, from day-to-day HR support to more complex employee relations issues.Key areas of focus include employee relations, performance management, payrolloversight, HR administration, employee engagement, and HR projects. You willplay an important role in coaching and supporting managers, helping strengthen stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the business through its retailexpansion.
