HRBP
Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to play a critical role in cultivating a healthy, values-aligned culture within our organisation. This role involves consulting with the Leadership Team and partnering with managers to embed strong people practices, engagement, learning, and performance frameworks. The HRBP will also work alongside the HR Consultant on governance, policy, and complex employment matters.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide day-to-day people management support to managers and the Senior Leadership Team, including performance, absence, well-being, capability, and general employment matters.
- Champion organisational values and behaviours across all teams, facilitate StrengthsFinder insights, and support staff in engaging with the organisation’s Christian faith identity.
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver value-aligned recruitment processes and maintain a strong, consistent induction process.
- Promote consistent application of policies and people frameworks, ensuring managers understand and apply them effectively.
- Lead the organisation’s learning and development approach, ensuring opportunities are accessible and aligned with organisational needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable literacy and numeracy skills equivalent to GCSE level; CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Experience in HR generalist or people-focused roles with strong advisory capabilities, preferably in the charity or international development sector.
- Strong understanding of UK employment law, excellent relationship-building, coaching, and communication skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy and confidentiality.
