Be the backbone of a busy HR function
As an HR Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. From onboarding new starters to maintaining employee records, your work will help create a positive experience for employees and managers alike.
Day-to-Day of the role:
- Managing employee records and maintaining accurate HR databases.
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Preparing contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation.
- Coordinating recruitment administration, including arranging interviews.
- Processing changes to employee information and benefits.
- Assisting with absence management and HR reporting.
- Responding to employee queries and providing first-line HR support.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation.
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communicating with people at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it.
- Experience using HR systems.
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation.
