The firm advises a diverse client base, including multinational corporations, charities, housing associations, regulators and private individuals, giving employees exposure to a wide range of sectors and complex legal work.
Description
- Partner with senior leaders, managers and employees across the firm on a wide range of people matters.
- Lead and support employee relations cases, including complex issues and absence management.
- Coach and develop HR team members, acting as an escalation point for HR Advisor.
- Oversee key HR processes including probation reviews, performance management, leavers, family leave and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR systems, reporting, HR data integrity and people metrics.
- Play a pivotal role in trainee recruitment, vacation schemes and assessment centres.
- Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute to regulatory and professional accreditation requirements, including SRA-related processes
Profile
- Immediately available
- Previous HR experience within a legal or professional services environment.
- Strong employee relations knowledge and experience managing complex cases.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Experience supporting graduate, trainee or assessment centre recruitment programmes (highly desirable).
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong commercial awareness.
