Description
- Manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
- To act as point of contact to apprentices and contractors in IR35.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.
- Support on updating accurate employee data.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- Previous experience in an HR role, ideally in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hybrid working - minimum of 3 days in office.
Job Offer
- Salary between £36,000 and £40,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position in Runcorn.
