Are you a commercially minded HR professional who thrives on influencing leaders, driving organisational change and creating people solutions that make a real business impact?
Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded People Partner to join their People Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with senior leaders across a designated business area, delivering data-driven people solutions that support organisational performance, enhance colleague experience, and help shape the future workforce.
Working within a collaborative People function, you'll act as a trusted advisor, coach and change partner, helping leaders navigate complex people challenges while embedding best practice across talent, performance, employee relations and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders and managers to provide expert people advice, coaching and challenge that drives business performance.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning and talent initiatives to build future organisational capability.
- Coach managers on performance management, leadership effectiveness and embedding best practice people processes.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance issues.
- Lead and support organisational change activities, including restructures, reorganisations, redundancies and TUPE transfers.
- Analyse people data and workforce insights to identify trends, inform decision-making and develop practical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement across policies, processes and people practices enhancing service delivery.
- Champion organisational values and help foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
About You
We're looking for a confident and credible HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering practical people solutions.
You will bring:
- Experience in a true HR Business Partner or People Partner role within a complex, regulated organisation.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and its practical application.
- Experience managing employee relations cases and coaching managers through complex people issues.
- A proven track record of supporting organisational change, restructures and consultation processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using people data to inform decision making.
- A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
- CIPD qualification (or currently working towards qualification).
