HR Advisor

We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources and is looking to make a significant impact in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide professional HR advice and support to managers and staff on a wide range of HR issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conducting exit interviews.
- Support the recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, managing postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
- Conduct new employee orientations and employee training sessions.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves.
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organize a job fair event).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Superb organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS or HRMS).
- CIPD qualification is preferred.
