As a Junior HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting leaders across the business, taking ownership of day-to-day people matters and acting as a trusted partner and first point of contact for colleagues and managers.
This role supports our teams across our London bases and offers hybrid working with some flexibility to work from home; however, this is not a fully remote position.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership for their designated bases, whilst being supported by the wider HR team. This is a highly visible, regional role requiring regular travel across the bases, a strong on-site presence, and the ability to build effective relationships with operational leaders and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing as a Junior HR Business Partner:
Supporting people decision‑making through the use of data and insight, identifying trends, risks and opportunities across areas such as employee relations, engagement, absence and attrition.
Supporting cyclical HR activities, engagement initiatives, communication forums and HR projects, continuously looking to improve service delivery and colleague experience.
What you’ll have:
You will possess strong communication and relationship management skills and will be an ambassador for the Jet2 brand and ethos. You will also have:
Experience within an airline, operational, or fast-paced environment would be beneficial, along with a CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification.
