We're partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join their HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders, managing employee relations casework, and providing pragmatic HR advice in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting into a Senior HR Manager, you'll act as a trusted advisor to managers across a range of business areas, delivering a professional and commercially focused HR service. From employee relations and absence management to organisational change projects and people planning, you'll play a key role in supporting both employees and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a wide range of employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and capability matters.
- Providing practical, solutions-focused HR advice to managers.
- Supporting organisational change initiatives including restructures and redundancy processes.
- Monitoring absence, probation and appraisal processes across assigned business areas.
- Partnering with managers on recruitment activities and onboarding.
- Analysing HR metrics and identifying trends to improve people performance.
- Supporting HR projects and contributing to wider people initiatives.
- Building strong stakeholder relationships across multiple sites.
About You
You'll be a confident and approachable HR professional who enjoys working closely with managers to resolve people challenges and drive positive outcomes.
We're looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience within a generalist HR role
- Strong employee relations experience
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Experience advising managers and influencing stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards CIPD would be advantageous.
