People Advisor
We’re recruiting an experienced Hr Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team, providing hands-on HR advice to managers across a national, multi-site organisation.
You’ll manage a varied caseload covering Employee Relations, absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters, while also supporting organisational change, restructures, TUPE, HR projects and manager training.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong HR generalist and ER experience
- Up-to-date UK employment law knowledge
- Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting organisational change
- Strong HR systems and Excel skills
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards, desirable
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
The role is based in Harrow and requires travel across the UK, including occasional overnight stays.
