Description
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including posting job vacancies and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with onboarding new staff, including preparing contracts and organising inductions.
- Support payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide administrative support for HR policies and procedures.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives.
Profile
A successful HR Co-ordinator should have:
- Previous experience in an HR role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using HR systems
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment law is an advantage.
