HR Advisor
An exciting opportunity to join a growing HR team in a stand-alone HR Advisor role supporting teams across the UK and EMEA.
This is a broad generalist position offering plenty of autonomy and ownership, while still being part of a supportive wider HR team. You’ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, with a particular focus on employee relations, recruitment, payroll and HR operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the Payroll, HR Systems and Reporting team, supporting their development and delivery.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance through growth, change and organisational transformation.
- Shape and deliver recruitment strategies that strengthen candidate attraction and talent acquisition.
- Provide confident and professional management of employee relations cases, ensuring best practice and consistent processes.
- Take ownership of the UK compensation and benefits strategy, including benchmarking and global grading projects.
- Maximise the capabilities of HR systems to deliver accurate data, reporting and business insight.
- Be the go-to expert for HR compliance, GDPR and corporate policies.
- Play an active role in delivering a range of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About you:
- CIPD qualified
- Experience working at HR Business Partner level with strong generalist HR knowledge
- Able to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders
- Knowledge of payroll operations
- Strong GDPR and compliance understanding
