An opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor in London to provide clear, practical people advice and support managers across a busy organisation. You will combine employee relations casework with improvements to everyday HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of people matters, including performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
· Support and coach line managers through HR processes, ensuring they are handled fairly, consistently, and in line with employment law and company policy.
· Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout.
· Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
· Assist with the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they remain compliant and fit for purpose.
· Support the delivery of HR projects and initiatives, including engagement surveys, wellbeing programmes, and learning and development activity.
· Maintain accurate HR data and produce reports and MI as required.
· Keep up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice, advising the business accordingly.

· Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role.
· Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
· Experience managing employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
· CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it — or equivalent experience.
· Confident communicator with the ability to build credible relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
· Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
· A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to HR — you are here to help the business, not just apply the rulebook.
