Senior People Advisor
Location: Bath
Pay Rate: £14.33 - £16.96 per hour
Contract: Fixed-Term until 31st January 2027
Hours: 37.5 per week (Flexible Working Available)

We are seeking a Senior People Advisor to join a busy People team, providing both operational and strategic HR support across a diverse workforce. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing employee relations casework, partnering with managers, and helping drive positive workforce outcomes.
The Role
As a Senior People Advisor, you will:
- Manage a varied employee relations caseload including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers on people-related issues.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, retention and engagement initiatives.
- Analyse workforce data and identify solutions to improve people performance metrics.
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and people-focused initiatives.
- Support the development of managers through coaching, training and guidance.
About You
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Strong HR generalist background with significant employee relations experience.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience building effective relationships with managers and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, influencing and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
- Experience producing reports and using HR systems.
