We’re supporting an organisation through a period of exciting transformation and cultural change. As part of this journey, they’re seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join on a 12-month fixed-term basis, acting as a key partner to critical departments within the business.
This is a strategic and hands-on role, partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver impactful HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll play a central role in driving performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness, while helping embed new ways of working and shape a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior managers, providing pragmatic HR guidance.
- Lead on performance, engagement, and capability development.
- Support and deliver change and transformation projects.
- Manage employee relations and HR operations with a hands-on approach.
- Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and systems.
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior HR partnering role within a fast-paced or evolving business.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.
- Resilient, proactive, and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
- Able to influence at all levels and thrive in a culture of change.
