About the Role
We’re proud to be partnering with a well-respected charity to recruit a Temporary HR Administrator on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to join an organisation that makes a real difference, while enjoying a flexible hybrid working arrangement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full employee lifecycle
- Onboarding new starters and conducting Right to Work checks
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR and payroll queries (payroll processing handled by finance team)
- Supporting the charity’s mission by ensuring smooth HR operations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage queries confidently
- Knowledge of Right to Work compliance
